We’re two mates with a fiery passion for spicy food, and our love for chillies has taken us on an exciting journey. It all started back in 2020, when we planted a few jalapeños and habaneros in the backyard just for fun. To our surprise, they thrived—and so did our obsession!

Fast forward, and we’re now chilli connoisseurs, growing everything from mild, fruity varieties to the eye-wateringly hot. We couldn’t keep this heat to ourselves, so we launched Ignition Seeds to share our love of chillies with fellow spice lovers.

We started small, selling to friends and family, but word spread quickly. Now, from our base on Auckland’s North Shore, we’re proud to supply chilli seeds to heat seekers all over New Zealand.
